Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

Our orders are processed within 10-14 days. This means once your order is placed, it will take us between 10-14 days to design and handcraft your custom puzzle stool until we hand it off for delivery. During the seasonal months of October through December, order processing may take longer. These longer processing times will be stated at checkout, if they apply. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your custom order! 

Rush Orders

We do offer a Rush Order option at checkout for order's containing one puzzle stool. If you wish to Rush Order more than one puzzle stool, please message us on our Contact Page us with the quantity of stools and we will custom quote you based on the request. 

Rush orders are processed within 5-7 days. They are sent Express shipping (next day-2 business days) and have a flat rate of $35. This option can be found at Shipping during checkout. 

Shipping Destinations

We ship from our state of the art facility located in San Diego, California. We ship to every state in the US. We currently do not ship internationally. 

Shipping Costs & Options

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping address location. We currently offer the below shipping carrier options to choose from (found at checkout): 

  • USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days)
  • USPS Priority Mail Express (next day-2 business days)
  • UPS 2nd Day Air® (2 business days)
  • UPS® Ground (1-5 business days)
  • Orders with Standard shipping (3-4 business days) valued at $199 or higher, qualify for free shipping.
Local Pickup 

If you are in the San Diego area, we currently offer a free Local Pickup option (by appointment) at checkout. Once at checkout, select the Pickup option and make your purchase. After you receive your order confirmation, your order will take 10-14 days to be created. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email with contact information to schedule your pickup by appointment at our San Diego location. Please do not arrive to pickup your order until your appointment has been confirmed by the S&S Woodcrafts team.    

Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations

Because we are creating custom pieces personalized to your little one, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If you would like to cancel or make a change to your order, you are able to do so up to 48 hours after you receive your order confirmation. Please contact us directly by emailing us at sswoodcrafts@sbcglobal.net or writing a message on our Contact Page so we can make these changes immediately.

If you choose to cancel your order past the 48 hour window of receiving your order confirmation, you will be charged a $25 cancellation fee.
