Our customers typically purchase puzzle stools for children anywhere Ages 1-12. We love when customers who were once were given an S&S Woodcrafts puzzle stool as a child, return as parents to purchase one for their children. Our puzzle stools are keepsakes that can withstand the test of time so we recommend them for any child, no matter their age!

Our stools come unassembled for shipping purposes along with easy to follow instructions, minimal hardware and wrench tool.

Our stools are painted with non-toxic latex paints and polyurethane water-base clear finishes.
> Can you add accents to certain letters (ie. é)?
Letter accents cannot be added as puzzle pieces but are hand-painted directly onto the stool. Please be sure to note if your child's name contains a letter accent in the special instructions on the product page.

Each of our puzzle stools weigh approximately 7-8 lbs.
> What happens if my child loses one of the letters? Do you make replacement letters for purchase?

No worries! We do offer extra replacement letters for purchase in case one goes missing (we know how it can go with little ones). You can find them here on our Single Puzzle Letter product page.

Because we are creating custom pieces personalized to your little one, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Upon placing your order, your stool will be shipped within 10-14 days. Shipping times may vary during the holiday season between the months of October and December.

At this time, we do not ship internationally. US only.

We know things pop up and you may need your stool sooner! We are able to complete rush orders for an additional fee of $35 applied at checkout. When choosing your shipping options at checkout, please be sure to select the 'Rush Order' option.

Sure! Local orders can be picked up by appointment once your stool is ready. Please choose the Pick Up option at checkout and we will contact you to schedule Pick Up once your puzzle stool is complete.

Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase. Please shoot us a message on our
Contact Page if an order needs to be cancelled. All orders cancelled after 48 hours of purchase will be charged a $25 cancellation fee.
